Both Sides of the Street exhibition

So I’ve been working with Kimba Thompson of Blak Dot Gallery on Both Sides of the Street, an exhibition now on at Counihan Gallery in Brunswick. As part of this I have written the essay for the catalogue. Head on down to the exhibition and pick one up:

Lastly, as part of the public program for the exhibition, I am hosting a panel on Sat 27th from 2.30pm onwards. It will feature Aboriginal Activist Robbie Thorpe, Warriors of the Aboriginal Resistance member Meriki Onus, Somali Artist Nadia Faragaab and RISE Refugees CEO Ramesh Fernandez. It will also feature an amazing poetry performance by Gamilaraay Poet and Educator Luke Patterson and Writer, Editor and Spoken Word Artist Lian Low.

Hope to see you there!
